Booking Conditions

Reservations, Payments And Deposits

  • Deposits and cancellation fees are calculated on the full value of stay.
  • A 50% deposit, within 2 days of making your booking, will be required to secure your reservation. Thereafter, A Boat House will be obliged to release the booking.
  • Once the deposit has been received, a written confirmation will be forwarded to the client.
  • The balance of the booking value (50%) is to be paid on arrival.
  • Payment for any extras to be made on the day of departure.



Please Note:
One night stay on request only.
Full payment required when booking a one night stay.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged;
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged;
If cancelled later, or in case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Check-In and Check-Out Time

Check-in time is from 2pm on the arrival date, and check-out before 10am on the day of departure.
Please advise us on early or late arrivals and departures - we will try our best to accommodate you.

Late Arrivals

Kindly note that arrivals are expected between 2-5 pm. If you will be arriving later, please could you inform us by email or phone. Staff may not be available after 6pm so arrangements may then have to be made. Thank you.
