Reservations, Payments And Deposits
- Deposits and cancellation fees are calculated on the full value of stay.
- A 50% deposit, within 2 days of making your booking, will be required to secure your reservation. Thereafter, A Boat House will be obliged to release the booking.
- Once the deposit has been received, a written confirmation will be forwarded to the client.
- The balance of the booking value (50%) is to be paid on arrival.
- Payment for any extras to be made on the day of departure.
One night stay on request only.
Full payment required when booking a one night stay.
If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged;
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged;
If cancelled later, or in case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Check-In and Check-Out Time
Check-in time is from 2pm on the arrival date, and check-out before 10am on the day of departure.
