DIRECTIONS TO A BOAT HOUSE

When approaching Simon’s Town you will pass Simon’s Town Railway Station on your left hand side. Also on the left you will notice a large stone wall and a sign reading 'Alternate Route to Cape Point via Runciman Drive' you will then pass Admiralty House (large white building with large wooden gates) also on your left. Almost directly opposite Admiralty House there is a yield sign painted on the road and a ‘ramp’ to the right, take this ramp (this is ‘Soldiers Way), at top of ramp turn right into Arsenal Road, then first left into Cornwall Street. (Tennis courts on your left hand side).

Cornwall Street then becomes Runciman Drive. Continue along Runciman Drive for 650m (you will go thru a 3 way stop street, continue straight) and take first Right into Nelson Drive, then first right into Victory Way, then first right again into Dolphin Way, A BOAT HOUSE is number 25.

RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

  • Deposits and cancellation fees are calculated on the full value of stay.
  • A 50% deposit, within 2 days of making your booking, will be required to secure your reservation. Thereafter, A Boat House will be obliged to release the booking.
  • Once the deposit has been received, a written confirmation will be forwarded to the client.
  • The balance of the booking value (50%) is to be paid on arrival.
  • Payment for any extras to be made on the day of departure.

One night stay on request only. Full payment required when booking a one night stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is from 2pm on the arrival date, and check-out before 10:30am on the day of departure. Please advise us on early or late arrivals and departures - we will try our best to accommodate you.

LATE ARRIVALS

Kindly note that arrivals are expected between 2-5 pm. If you will be arriving later, please could you inform us by email or phone. Staff may not be available after 6pm so arrangements may then have to be made. Thank you.



CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged; If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged; If cancelled later, or in case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
